Showing customers' names and what they think about your startup will create trust and increase sales!
2/ Where to find testimonials?
- Social Media, monitor them with your brand's name
- Use your welcome email or build an automated email sequence
- Add a widget to your product
3/ How to get them?
- Interview customers on your blog/podcast
- Ask for them to your email list or via cold DMs on social media
🎁 Offer incentive! That's the best way to speed up the process (give amazon cards, for instance)
4/ How to use them?
- In your header, to build trust asap
- Below your CTA to help trigger the click!
- In your pricing section, reassure your visitors with the existing customer's POV
- In a dedicated section on your landing page. Put as many as you can!
5/ Make them beautiful!

- Easy to verify (put a link to it)
- On video, if you can!
