A startup founder asked me how I achieved a 75%+ open rate on cold email campaigns.
Here's the secret sauce:

1/ Buy new domains
You don't want to burn your own domain, so you'll need fresh ones
- Add a prefix/suffix to your domain name (like try…, go…)
- Use only .com, better delivrability
⚠️ Redirect these new domains to your main one (people will copy-paste it into their browser)
2/ Create email addresses
- Set up 3 email addresses per new domain
- Use your real name for authenticity
- Warm them up for 2 weeks
- Then, increase the number of emails sent (start with 4, then 8, 12…).
⚠️ However, make sure to never send more than 30-50 emails/day/address.
Miscellaneous:
- Change the name and photo for each email address.
- Create a simple signature without links or images.
- Monitor the deliverability. If it starts to drop, delete the emails and create new ones.
